Turkey, Lithuania Will Vie For Fifth

Turkey and Lithuania will face off on Sunday for fifth place at the U20 European Championship after collecting victories in the classification round for fifth to eighth place.

Ilkan Karaman scored 19 points and Deniz Kilicli added 12 points as Turkey knocked off Croatia 78-59.

Diot Drives France Into Semis

Antoine Diot had a tremendous all-around game and Lamine Sambe scored 12 points to lead France into the semi-finals of the U20 European Championship with a convincing 68-47 victory over Montenegro.

Diot collected 12 points, nine rebounds and six assists while Fernando Raposo had nine points and 13 rebounds for Jean-Aymi Toupane's French.

Montenegro Need OT, Top Serbia

Milos Savovic hit a three-pointer with one second left to give Montenegro a 73-70 overtime victory over Serbia and secure them a spot in the Quarter-Finals of the U20 European Championships.

Nikola Vucevic collected 18 points, 13 rebounds and two blocks while Savovic added 12 points and Nikola Djokovic had 11 points for Montenegro, who improved to 3-2 in the Qualifying Round Group F to finish third and set up a final eight date with France.

Sehovic, Vucevic Too Much For Ukraine

Sead Sehovic led the way with 36 points while Nikola Vucevic collected 19 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks for Montenegro, who improved to 2-2 in the group.
