Germany and Bulgaria both secured their Division A status at the U20 European Championship for Women at the expense of Belgium and Greece.
While Germany already knew their fate coming into Saturday's final action in the Classification Round, Bulgaria knocked off Belgium 74-68 to stay top flight.
Favourites Serbia lost control of their Group A finale of the U20 European Championship for Women and relinquished a 24-point second half lead in losing 66-59 against France.
The 2007 runners-up Serbia led 47-23 in the early stages of the second half but watched France use the three-ball to get back into the match.
Natallia Kozun and Tatsiana Likhtarovich both notched double-doubles as Belarus beat Belgium 73-67 to capture their second victory in Group D and advance to the qualifying round of the U20 European Championship for Women.
Kozun collected 23 points, 11 rebounds, two steals and three blocks shots while Likhtarovich tallied 22 points and 10 rebounds for Belarus in Group D.
Reigning champions Spain and 2007 runners-up Serbia both overpowered their opponents in registering first day victories at the U20 European Championship for Women.
Serbia's duo of senior national team members Sonja Petrovic and Maja Miljkovic combined for 24 points while Jelena Milovanovic added 14 points and 11 rebounds as Serbia thrashed Germany 74-44 in Group A.
