Oleksandr Sizov developed into a solid point-guard with a small forward body during the 2014/15 season, which he started with MBC Mykolaiv and averaged 11.8 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game during the first 20 matches of the Superleague. He later moved to BC Dnipro and contributed 9.4 points, 7 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game in the club's silver-medal run. Although Sizov can play positions ‘1', ‘2' and ‘3', he is most dangerous when playing at point guard as he presents a mismatch to most defenders. He is strong and quick, has great court vision together with nice ball-handling skills and can drive to the basket. An area of weakness for Oleksandr is his jump-shot, which needs improvement in order for him to show more progress.
