Team 2012-13: Södertälje Kings (Sweden-Basketligan) Career: Södertälje Kings (Sweden-Basketligan, 2006-12)
Dino Pita was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but moved to Södertälje as a small kid and is yet to play for any other club. However that is set to change in the autumn when he moves to Belgium to play for Liege. The shooting guard has turned himself into quite an aggressive defender who takes pride in stopping people. He is also a very good shooter who regularly makes around 90% of his free throws. He's versatile and maybe at his best at catch-and-shoot, but can also attack the basket and create opportunities for himself off the dribble. He made his real debut for the Swedish national team during the qualifying campaign to EuroBasket 2013 and quickly gained the confidence of Coach Brad Dean. Pita always plays hard and is tough as nails. He was an instrumental part of Södertälje winning the Swedish championship this spring.
