Keravnos will take just a two-point lead to Russia with them after edging CSK-VVS Samara 85-83 in the first game of the EuroCup Challenge final.
It was nip and tuck all the way, and the two sides were level going into the dying seconds before Patrick Lee made two free throws to give the hosts the advantage. |

A strong performance in the first two quarters cemented the Cypriot club's place in the ECC Final, where they will meet Russian outfit Samara. Leading by 20 points from the first leg Keravnos never looked back running out winners by a margin of 5 points on the night.
Although Dnipro out-rebounded the home team and had the top scorer in Lithuanian Donatas Zavackas with 20 points, it was not enough as Keravnos had four players scoring in double figures to bring home the win. |

CSK VVS Samara booked a place in their first European Final with an emphatic second half performance against Pizza Express Apollon in the 2nd leg of their EuroCup Challenge semi-final.
Trailing by 2 points at the half, meant that the Russian side were actually down by 4 on aggregate, but a tough defensive performance and an increased offensive output led to them outscoring their opponents by a total 28 points in the 3rd and 4th quarters holding Apollon to just 7 and 8 points respectively. |

Keravnos won the first game of their best-of-two series with a 72-67 triumph over BC Dnipro.

34 points from up-and-coming star Nikita Shabalkin (pictured) were not enough for CSK-VVS Samara to defeat Pizza Express Apollon Limassol in game one of their EuroCup Challenge semi-final.
Instead it was home side Limassol who sneaked a 77-75 victory inside the final minute and will take a two-point lead into the second game in Samara on 8th March. |
