Whitmore Replaces Thompson On World Team

Spartak Moscow Region’s Tina Thompson has withdrawn from the EuroLeague Women All Star Game to be held on 8 March in Valencia, Spain due to family reasons.

Replacing Thompson will be Tamika Whitmore, also of Spartak Moscow.

Whitmore, a 186-cm forward, is averaging 13.7 ppg in the EuroLeague Women.
