Three In A Row For Moldova

Moldova made it three wins in a row in the Promotion Cup with an 87-73 victory over Andorra in Group A.

Alexei Andrus scored 20 points and Eugeniu Scripcaru had 12 rebounds in the victory.

Gibraltar Wake Up, Nearly Shock Andorra

Gibraltar made a stunning recovery from their opening day humiliation against Moldova in the European Promotion Cup for Men but still lost 68 67 to Andorra on Tuesday.

Thrashed 100-54 on Monday, Gibraltar hit back and led Andorra 21 17 after the opening quarter and maintained that advantage at 38-34 at half-time.
