She may only be in her mid-twenties, but it seems like the sharp-shooter has been around forever after debuting at 17-years-old, back at EuroBasket Women 2007. Set to play in her fifth Final Round, Elhotova is one of the Czech's main sources of offence via her shooting skills. A credible three-point danger whenever she is on the floor, the guard now brings maturity and experience to the mix. After she arguably plateaued a couple of years ago, she has picked up her game in the last 12-18 months and shot the ball well in Turkey last year. She also really shifted through the gears with Prague in EuroLeague Women last season as her team climbed onto the podium as champions for the very first time. While quiet in her demeanour on the court, she carries significant responsibility on her shoulders, preferring for her actions to do the talking and that responsibility will only increase further as older players on the roster hang up their playing shoes in the near future.
