Samara’s season of destiny continued on Friday night at the EuroLeague Women Final Four with a victory over Lietuvos Telekomas.
Samara are bidding to become the first team since Comense in 1995 to go through a European season undefeated. If they can beat Gambrinus Brno in Sunday’s final, they will have recorded an 18-0 record since opening their EuroLeague Women campaign against Parma in November. |

Taj McWilliams and Gambrinus Brno held their nerve against MiZo Pecs on Friday and won 71-61 to reach the final of the FIBA EuroLeague Women in Samara.
McWilliams made sure there was only going to be one winner, striking two important early blows. |

Samara have extended the contracts of star players Ann Wauters and Maria Stepanova ahead of the start of the Final Four of the FIBA EuroLeague Women this week.
