Janar Talts hit an important three-pointer late in the game to propel Tartu Rock to an 87-83 victory over Base Oostende in Estonia. Talts struck with 1:07 remaining to give Rock an 84-81 lead and both Veselin Petrovic and Lionel Bosco missed shots for the Belgian opponents on their next possession. |
