Halcon Avenida’s Nicole Powell will be able to display her long distance shooting skills during the EuroLeague Women All Star Game three-point shootout.
Powell led the EuroLeague Women by connecting on 3.1 three-point field goals per game. She made 50 percent of her attempts from beyond the arch (37-of-74).
She will be joined on the World team by Fenerbahce’s Cappie Pondexter.
The European squad consists of Caroline Aubert of USO Mondeville and Bourges Basket’s Evanthia Maltsi.
Laia Palau and Allison Feaster Strong of the Ros Casares local team round out the list of three-point shooters.
The three-point shootout will take place during halftime of the All Star Game.
