Team 2012-13: Panathinaikos (Greece-ESAKE)
Career: Zalgiris-2 Kaunas (Lithuania-LKAL, 2002-04); Nevezis Kedainiai (Lithuania-LKL, 2004-05); Zalgiris Kaunas (Lithuania-LKL, 2005-09); Armani Jeans Milano (Italy-Lega, 2009-11); Baltai Kaunas (Lithuania-LKL, Feb-Apr 2012); Montepaschi Siena (Italy-Lega, 2012); Panathinaikos (Greece-ESAKE, 2012-13)
There are not many players as strong and tough as Jonas Maciulis. The 28-year-old bull-like small forward returned to peek form, with a solid and injury-free season with Panathinaikos after not having much luck health-wise of late. Having missed the last edition of EuroBasket in Lithuania and a large portion of the 2011-12 season with a torn ACL, the player seems to have left injury concerns behind him, not missing a single game and averaging over 10 points and four rebounds-per-game in Euroleague with the Greek champs. Although Maciulis did not look like his old self in the Olympics last summer, expect him to bounce straight back in Slovenia as an important piece of the puzzle in coach Kazlauskas' plans.
