Belgian champions Dexia Namur have strengthened their squad for the upcoming season, their first ever in the EuroLeague Women, with the addition of 2 Americans.
Nakia Sanford (193 cm center) and Rebekkah Brunson (191 cm forward) will team up in Namur's frontcourt. Both have seen WNBA action this summer, Sanford with the Washington Mystics and Brunson with the Sacramento Monarchs. |

Hungarian side Sopron continue to be active in the off-season, recently adding Serb & Montenegrin center Ivana Matovic to their roster.
Matovic will team up with additional recent signing Lucie Blahuskova, to form the core of the team's front-court in the upcoming season. |

At the 2004 EuroLeague Women Final Four, Ann Wauters displayed once again that she is the premier center in European basketball. The 23-year old Belgian was selected as Final Four MVP for the third time in her career and was also voted to the tournament All-Star Five. |
