Career: Rutgers (USA-NCAA, 2006-09), Botas Spor (Turkey-TBBL, 2009-10), Chicago Sky (USA-WNBA 2010), Spartak M.R. Vidnoje (Russia-SuperLeague, 2010-11)
After a hugely successful college career, Epifaniya Prints who also is known back in her hometown of New York as Epiphanny Prince, made the switch to Europe where she joined Botas Spor and averaged over 20 points per game in both EuroCup Women and in the Turkish league and then followed it up with a strong summer in the WNBA with the Chicago Sky. She then took her talent to four-time EuroLeague Women champions Spartak M.R. Vidnoje and she has just completed a good first year in the competition even if it did end in disappointment with her team losing in the final. Prints started the campaign showing all of her point guard skills and then with the arrival of Sue Bird, moved aside and showed her ability to be a combo guard at the highest level. Her scoring power and court vision in particular could be terrific for her adopted country as she will probably replace Becky Hammon in the naturalised spot. |
