A revelation when she burst onto the scene at EuroBasket Women 2007 and helped her team grab bronze, Anufryienka loves penetration to the basket and plays a vibrant and imaginative brand of basketball. She can shoot the ball from downtown, but often now prefers to skip to the hoop by beating her opponent off the dribble or finishing with a pop by handing nice assists off to teammates. She is a bona-fide combo guard, having played that role for her country and for Horizont - a club she also led and captained. Expect her to draw plenty of fouls and play tenacious defence on her opponents. She has great stamina and could play 40 minutes without blinking her eyes. |
