I am still pinching myself after watching another excellent EuroLeague Women Final Four. Last year in Vidnoje it was great.

This year in Brno, it was even better.

Spanish juggernauts Ros Casares will be boosted by the return of Brazilian international center Erika de Souza when they host Dynamo Moscow on Wednesday in the EuroLeague Women.

The 1.97m, 85kg De Souza has fully recovered from an ankle operation and will be at the disposal of coach Manolo Real when Ros, last year’s beaten finalists, go for an eighth straight victory in Europe.

De Souza averaged eight points and 4.5 rebounds per game in the EuroLeague last season and had her finest game in the Final Four triumph over Bourges, pouring in 19 points and grabbing 15 rebounds.

Ros are on fire in the Liga Femenina, having won all 11 of their games with the latest victory a 63-45 success at Real Club Celta Vigourban at the weekend.

De Souza played 12 minutes and scored seven points while also pulling down four rebounds in that win.
