Quotes Tsmoki Minsk - Homend Antakya

14 November 2013
Hakan Acer, head coach Homend Antakya:
"We had a bad start, made many mistakes and played bad defense, however my team was able to change it in the second half. It is always difficult to play away games, the host team has home court advantage. Nevertheless, I want to congratulate our girls for the important win and thank them for the effort they made in order to overcome difficulties and take this win. Also, I would like to thank Tsmoki-Minsk for a good game."

Sergey Svetnik, head coach Tsmoki-Minsk:
"Although we lost, I believe we played a good game. It is for sure much better than the game we played in Kursk. We made way too many turnovers and let the opponent to score easy points, and this did not allow us to stay ahead when we had a lead. Homend is a team that play at this level every week in the Turkish league, whereas we don't have opportunity to play often against good opponents, this and the fact that they have a number of foreign recruits, gives them a big advantage. All in all I'm happy with my team and I believe we will do better in the games ahead!"
