Milos Glisic poured in 26 points as Serbia ground down Montenegro to finish with a perfect 3-0 record in Group C of the U16 European Championship Men.
Serbia led almost all of the way and although Montenegro did their best to keep it close Serbia always looked as though they had another gear should it be needed.
Only once or twice did they use it, briefly accelerating into a 20-point lead late in the game, and although Montenegro closed that gap back up this will go down as a comfortable Serbia win.
Montenegro had been up 16-15 after Nikola Lucic's lay-up late in the first quarter but Vojislav Stojanovic hit back with a dunk to spark a 13-2 run which continued deep into the second period, capped by Stefan Kenic's lay-up with 4:55 to go.
Montenegro kept up the fight until the fourth quarter, when Serbia used a 16-4 run to take a 65-45 lead on Stojanovic's three-pointer.
Montenegro responded with an 8-0 run of their own but it was too little too late by now as Serbia saw the game out.
Glisic had 13 rebounds to go with his huge points haul, while Stojanovic had 16 points and nine rebounds. Kenic also finished in double figures with 10 points, and while Stefan Peno only scored one point, he had 11 rebounds and eight assists in the game.
Ognjen Carapic had 17 points for Montenegro with Marko Grkovic adding 12.
