MBK Ruzomberokhead coach Stefan Svitek:
"I'm very happy for my team today. We lost by three points at home, which gave us hope to achieve a positive result in Novosibirsk. If to compare the two games we made a good job on defense in both games, the difference is that today we hade a higher shooting percentage. We put the pressure on the opponent and forced them to make turnovers, that gave us the win."
MBK Ruzomberok player Nadia Parker:
"I'm happy. Today we had to play good personal defense, against every player in every position. We knew that Spencer or Turner or other players can shoot, so we made a good job individaully. I didn't play in the first game, so I could watch it from the sidelines, notice some things and give tje maximum for my team today. But it's hard to play against Russian teams, and I have never been in place where it's -33C outside!"
Dynamo-GUVD head coach Nikolaj Tanasiejczuk:
"It's very sad, that we lost our chance to come to the next round. We thought we prepared well for the game, and the opponent didn't show us anything new today, but [we committed] 20 turnovers - that's a luxury we cannot afford. Maybe we were a litle bit too relaxed after the first game and we've tried to shake up our players during the game. Sometimes it looked like it worked out, but then again a couple of mistakes on both sides, and we had to begin everything all over again."
