France have defeated Poland 65-45 to maintain a perfect record at the Dadu U16 European Championship Men.
The victory came on the back of a 21-0 run that turned a nine-point deficit midway through the opening quarter, into a 10-point lead at half-time.
Antoine Wallez was influential on the run, scoring 11 points, including a three-pointer to tie the game at the end of the opening frame.
Poland never fully recovered from the onslaught as Les Bleus continued to pull away, eventually winning by 20.
Wallez finished as the night's top-scorer with 18 points. Etienne Ory helped out with 12.
Filip Pruefer was prominent at both ends of the court for Poland, recording a 12-point, 12-rebound double-double.
France are now guaranteed a spot in the second round, regardless of the result in their final Group D match against Greece on Saturday. Poland will seek their first win of the tournament when they play the Czech Republic.
