Lithuania have confirmed their place in the final eight at the Samsung U18 European Championship, defeating Ukraine 74-50.
The Lithuanian win also means that Spain move into the last eight following on from their 65-52 win over Greece earlier on Monday.
Lithuania struggled to find their rhythm early on with their wayward shooting from outside the perimeter allowing Ukraine to be leading at the end of the opening quarter.
However, when Denis Krestinin and Marius Grigonis began penetrating inside the paint in the second frame, the writing was on the wall for the Ukrainians.
Leading by seven points at half time, Lithuania ran away with the game following the break as Grigonis continued to hurt the guests under the hoop, adding another eight points to his tally in the third quarter.
With the game wrapped up going in the final frame, Lithuania coach Arunas Visockas shared the court time around for the remaining 10 minutes with his team failing to build on their lead from a quarter previous.
Augustinas Jankaitis lead Lithuanian scoring with 20 points whilst Grigonis finished the night with 19.
Big man Vladyslav Koreniuk and Yevgen Sakhniuk both finished on 12 points for Ukraine.
On Tuesday Ukraine take on Greece in what is a must-win game for both teams whilst Lithuania tip-off against Serbia.
Tomas Galeckas pushes the ball up the court and sets up Marius Grigonis on the wing who finishes with a nice dunk.
