Keravnos broke open a close game at Szolnoki Olaj in the fourth quarter and claimed a 93-81 win.
In the EuroChallenge Group H clash, Winsome Frazier had 27 points and 10 rebounds for Cypriots Keravnos, who prevailed for the second time in three games.
Keravnos took the lead for good when Strahinja Dragicevic hit a jumper and Ales Chan dunked at the start of the fourth quarter to make it 70-66.
The decisive spurt didn't come until the last 4:30, however.
On top 76-74, Dragicevic came up with a three-point play and William Hatcher followed with a lay-up.
Frazier not long after connected from behind the three-point line for an 84-76 lead before Hatcher extended the advantage to 10 with a lay-up.
Keravnos went in front by 15 before a Horvath three-ball at the end ending the scoring.
Szolnoki Olaj got 23 points and 11 rebounds from Marton Bader but fell to 1-2.
