ETHA Engomi center Darryl Watkins didn't have much of an impact in the club's first meeting with Triumph Lyubertsy but in the second game against the Russian club, he dominated.

On Tuesday night in Russia, Watkins had 22 points and nine rebounds as the Cypriot outfit clinched another big win away from home in Group F, 68-60.

ETHA, who also won 82-70 at Olin Edirne on November 9, improved to 3-2 and stayed firmly in the hunt for a spot in the Last 16.

Watkins, who failed to score in 12 minutes of ETHA's 72-55 home setback to Triumph back on November 15, made 10 of 17 shots from the floor in his side's eight-point win.

ETHA handed Triumph their first defeat in the EuroChallenge.

With Tuesday's contest knotted at 32-32 three minutes into the second half, Watkins dunked on a fast-break to start a 15-4 run that put the visitors in front to stay.

Triumph did not get closer than six points in the fourth quarter.

ETHA forced the Russian team to turn the ball over 20 times.

Jerry Jefferson and Tywain McKee, who were suspended for the weekend game at BK Ventspils in the Baltic League for an incident that occurred off the court in Siauliai, both played for Triumph.

Jefferson had 12 points, seven rebounds and five assists and McKee contributed six points and two boards.

Veteran Artem Kuzyakin led Triumph with 13 points.
