Young forward Roman Vido had 21 points and 10 rebounds in the victory.
Nitra shot 12 of 20 from long range with Robert Vaden making four of six and both Denis Clemente and Vido nailing three apiece.
EWE Baskets Oldenburg and Fuenlabrada will be the two sides to advance to the Last 16 from Group A.
Norrköping assistant coach Jesper Sundberg:
"Congratulations to Nitra, it was a great game and they played really well. Also their fans were great. Nitra played much more aggressive today and it killed us right from the start. We were missing two key players, they just added another key player. They played great today, the result speaks for itself. Now we got to win the next game. "
Norrköping player Anton Saks:
"We wanted to win every game. Nitra played better defence and played much more aggressive today. We had a weak first quarter. Before the game we were 18 points up but now we have to win the next game."
Nitra head coach Lubomir Urban:
"I saw the chance for our win at half time and I'm happy we managed to lead the game to successful finish. Our players could enjoy today's game very much. I allowed them to bring a bit of fantasy into the game, they accepted it, through the good aggressive defence they „got wings" and it wasn't necessary to slow them down. We are happy we managed to win by the higher score difference that we lost."
Nitra player Mamadi Diane:
"They're a good team but we played at home so this was a good opportunity to win. It was our last home game so all the people were telling us, come on, get a win. Everybody came out with high energy, good defence and good offence. Everybody played at a high level. A lot of people scored, a lot of people were stealing the ball, assisting, everybody did a little bit of everything."
