Taylor, who had 13 points in the first half, followed with back-to-back jumpers.
Fouled on the second shot, she made the free-throw for a three-point play.
Fener continued to pour in the points and stretched the advantage to 55-41 when Taylor again struck, taking her points haul to 23.
Cheered on by the home crowd, Lattes Montpellier didn't allow Fener to pull away but instead twice reduced the arrears to six in the fourth quarter.
Each time, Ivana Matovic scored for the visitors to keep Fenerbahce comfortably ahead.
Kristen Mann's 13 points pace Montpellier, who will now focus on their bid to win the French title.
