Wisla Can-Pack Krakow turned on the style in the fourth quarter and won 73-65 at Gospic Croatia.
Coming off a disappointing performance in a 65-50 home defeat to Rivas Ecopolis, the Polish club prevailed on Wednesday night to improve to 5-2 in Group C.
Winning at Gospic was anything but easy for Wisla.
Down 57-55 with 7:10 remaining, the visitors pulled level with a Katarzyna Krezel jump shot and they took the lead with another basket from Ewelina Kobryn.
Kalisha Keane's jump shot knotted the game for Gospic at 59-59 with 5:46 to play, but Erin Phillips' three-pointer and a Nicole Powell jumper put the Krakow team in front for good.
Jose Ignacio Hernandez's team ended up outscoring Gospic 21-12 in the fourth quarter.
Powell had 22 points, Phillips 15 and Kobryn 13 for Wisla.
Kobryn also pulled down 11 rebounds.
Julie McBride and Marija Vrsaljko scored 16 points apiece for the Croatian team, who fell to 2-5 with the defeat.
