Nadezhda turned on the style in the fourth quarter and clinched a 65-60 victory at Tarbes GB in France.
The visitors from Orenburg, who now have Katie Douglas in their line-up, got 17 points from the 32-year-old forward but it was Nadezhda's Anastasiya Verameyenka who led all scorers in the EuroLeague Women Group B game with 18.
A pair of free-throws by Ana Cata-Chitiga gave the hosts a 56-51 lead with 4:45 to go but Nadezhda dug deep and got a Rebbekah Brunson jumper to fall before Verameyenka went in for a lay-up.
A Brunson free-throw then knotted the contest at 56-56 with 4:08 to go.
Douglas made two free-throws to tie the game at 58-58 and she then drilled a three-ball with 1:24 left to make it a three-point advantage.
A Naura El Gargati lay-up gave Tarbes hope and left them trailing by a single point, but Elena Danilochkina's two free-throws and a Pauline Krawczyk turnover for Tarbes allowed Nadezhda to win in thrilling fashion for the second week in a row.
In their previous game at Sopron, Aleksasndr Kovalev's side won with a three-pointer late in overtime by Danilochkina.
Brunson, who played with Douglas last season at Ros Casares, had a game-high 11 rebounds to go with her 12 points.
Tarbes are now 0-3.
