Fenerbahce clinched their fifth win in as many EuroLeague Women Group B games by knocking off Nadezhda on Wednesday in Istanbul.
George Dikeoulakos' team led by as many as 17 points and ended up winning, 84-72.
Ivana Matovic poured in 20 points, Penny Taylor 19 and Angel McCoughtry 18 for the Turkish giants.
Russia international Elena Danilochkina, this year's EuroBasket Women MVP, had seven points in the opening frame for Nadezhda.
Fener got into their rhythm in the second quarter with two Zane Tamane free-throws closing the gap to 25-24.
McCoughtry then hit a jumper and a lay-up before Tamane added two more from the line for a 30-25 advantage.
Nadezha came right back, though, and Natalia Zhedik's three-pointer put them in front, 32-30.
The game remained tight but Nadezhda appeared to land some significant blows when they went in front 51-46 three minutes into the third quarter after a jumper by Katie Douglas.
Matovic answered, however, by making her own jump shot to pull the team to within 51-50.
The basket sparked a decisive run because Tamane then drilled a jumper and Taylor made four straight free throws as Fenerbahce went in front to stay.
Fenerbahce closed the third quarter with an 11-0 run for a 72-55 advantage and cruised through the fourth period for a 12-point triumph.
