Szolnoki Olaj rallied to edge BCM Gravelines Dunkerque 70-69 and take control of second place in EuroChallenge Group A.
The hosts had trailed by eight, 61-53 going into the final period, and it took three and a half minutes for either side to score in the final period, when Ivory Clark's three-pointer cut the deficit to five.
That set up a dramatic finish as the game went down to the final seconds.
Akos Horvath made a lay-up and then a three to tie it at 61-61 with 4:16 to go.
Marton Bader made a lay-up to cap a 10-0 run that put Olaj in front, but Cyril Akpomedah hit back with a lay-up and Dunkerque were back in front on Dounia Issa's lay-up.
Clark tied it at 65-65 with 2:34 to go with a pair of free throws, and Horvath's three had them in front again.
Akpomedah's lay-up cut the gap back to one, and the visitors led 69-68 with 25 seconds to go after Jeffrey Greer made a pair from the charity stripe.
Bader then drew a foul and went to the line, where he made both shots to give Olaj and 70-69 edge, and it held as Benjamin Woodside turned the ball over to waste Dunkerque's final chance.
Clark led Olaj with 17 points, while Obie Trotter had 12, Horvath and Bader added 11, and Marton Fodor had 10.
Akpomedah led Dunkerque with 16 points, while Rudy Jomby had 14 and Woodside and Greer finished with 12 each.
