Beretta-Famila Schio created a three-way tie at the top of Group D with a 79-66 over Gorzow in Italy.
Liron Cohen continued to pay dividends for Schio following her move from Wisla Can-Pack Krakow by scoring 19 points, dishing out eight assists and hauling in five rebounds.
Jenifer Nadalin added 13 points and seven boards but in truth, Schio coach Sandro Orlando got solid contributions from nine of the 10 players that saw action.
The win has lifted Schio to 5-2 and left them level with Bourges and Ros Casares, while Gorzow are now 2-5 and in fifth place - a game behind fourth-place Nadezhda Orenburg.
Only the top four sides progress to the next phase of the competition.
Gorzow didn't have their best player available for the game in Belarus international Yelena Leuchanka.
Australia national team guard Samantha Richards scored 19 points to lead them in scoring.
Schio went in front to stay four minutes into the game when Laura Macchi made a lay-up and Maja Erkic followed with a three-ball for a 13-8 advantage.
Cohen then followed with four straight free-throws.
Gorzow clawed their way back to within three but ended the first quarter trailing 26-18 after jump shots from Nadalin and Chiara Pastore.
The lead ballooned to 18 in the second quarter and 22 in the third.
The Poles, who were out-rebounded 44-33 without Leuchanka, got to within 11 in the fourth quarter but Schio held on comfortably.
