There were eight lead changes in the second quarter before Lithuania scored the final seven points for a 36-30 lead at the break.

France scored the first 10 points of the third quarter but Lithuania answered with a 10-2 run of their own and were ahead 48-46 after three periods.

And Datchy took over the fourth quarter, scoring 13 points, including nine in a 12-3 surge for a 62-54 advantage. Gutkauskaite hit five straight points but Lithuania converted only one basket in their last five possessions.
