Ros Casares will make their first trip to the EuroLeague Women Final Four since 2007 after a 63-57 victory over rival Halcon Avenida.
After trailing for most of the game, Avenida tied the game at 57 on a Anke De Mondt jump shot with 2:52 remaining. They would be the last two points Salamanca would score.
Belinda Snell, Erika De Souza and Delisha Milton Wade teamed up for six unanswered points and Ros Casares were on their way to the Final Four.
De Souza led the way for the winners with 21 points and eight rebounds. Belinda Snell contributed eight points and as many rebounds.
Sancho Lyttle was on her game for the home team with 17 points and 10 rebounds.
