The Rivas Ecopolis buzzsaw cut down ZVVZ USK Prague on Thursday night for a seventh consecutive victory in the EuroLeague Women.
The newcomers to the competition led from start to finish and prevailed 94-56.
Crystal Langhorne poured in 23 of her game-high 25 points as Rivas stormed into 48-24 half-time lead and they pressed home the advantage after the interval.
Prague have been guilty of some slow starts in the past.
Lubor Blazek's team were certainly sluggish at Rivas.
Petra Ujhelyi and Langhorne each had six points as Rivas seized a 14-2 lead midway through the opening quarter.
Javier Fort's side kept the pressure on and increased their advantage to 25-10 with 1:38 to go in the opening quarter.
Prague reduced the arrears to 11 points early in the second quarter but Langhorne scored seven points in a 9-0 run to push the lead to 36-18 and Rivas pulled away.
Jelena Dubljevic had 24 points for Rivas, who were 29 of 51 (56.8%) inside the arc and seven of 16 (43.7%) beyond it.
Fort's team also shot the ball well at the charity stripe, making 15 of 17.
Lindsay Whalen was the only Prague player to hit double digits with 10 points.
Prague, who dropped to 4-3 with the defeat, were 15 of 34 (44.1%) from two point range and five of 18 (27.7%) on their three-ball attempts.
The Czechs made 11 of 15 free-throws.
The visitors turned the ball over 19 times to just eight for the home team.
Lubor Blazek, Head coach of ZVVZ USK Prague:
"We have played below our level and Rivas has dominated the play from the beginning. In the first part Crystal has destroyed us under the hoops, they were taking all the bounces and had seconds and up to third shot opportunities. We have to forget this match and think about three following ones to be able to qualify."
Evanthia Maltsi, ZVVZ USK Prague:
"The team never was in the match, Rivas has played very well and has been superior in all aspects og the game. They have dominated us. Now we can only fight for the second place in the group."
Javier Fort, Head coach of Rivas Ecopolis:
"I believe that we have played the best match of the season, we dominate all the aspects of the play and did not allow our rivals even to think about victory. We have sustained the rhythm the whole match. Now we have to think about three matches that are ahead and try to achieve the maximum."
"We have played a big match and have achieved something impossible, to be first in the group. The team has been very concentrated. For my debut I am very satisfied, it thrills when the crowd shouts your name. I am very happy!"
