Ros Casares demolished Baltic opponents for the second EuroLeague Women game in a row on Wednesday night with a thrashing of TEO Vilnius in Lithuania.

Just one week after their season-opening 118-38 Group A destruction of TTT Riga, Isma Canto's team cruised to a 78-48 road triumph over TEO.

Ros look strong now, and they're going to get even stronger because so far they have played without injured Amaya Valdemoro in their two games.

They are also going to add Russia national team point guard Becky Hammon to the mix after announcing her signing earlier in the day.

Hammon, who played for the now defunct CSKA Moscow the previous two seasons, should be available for next week's game against UMMC Ekaterinburg.

If Valdemoro and Hammon didn't play a second this season, Ros Casares would still have a team capable of challenging for honors in Europe if the game at TEO is anything to go by.

Delisha Milton-Jones, their veteran power forward and USA international, was unstoppable with in the first quarter when she scored 10 of her game-high 23 points on five of six shooting from the field.

Ros hit eight of their first 14 shots while TEO were just four of 14, including one of three from long range.

The Valencia team also forced six first-quarter turnovers.

The Spanish outfit delivered the knockout punch in the second quarter.

On top 22-15, Ljubica Drljaca buried a jump shot for her first basket of the game and sparked a 9-0 Ros Casares run that was capped by an Elisa Aguilar three-ball.

That basket made it 31-15 midway through the second quarter.

After a three-pointer from Laia Palau, four straight points from Erika De Souza and a jumper from Anna Montanana, Spain had a 40-17 stranglehold on proceedings.

Baskets by Montanana and Palau sent Ros to half-time leading 44-21.

They had shot a blistering 17 of 26 (65.3%) inside the arc, with De Souza's 12  points leading all scorers.

TEO, meanwhile, were just nine of 29 from the field, including one of seven from long range, and they had also turned the ball over 12 times.

When play resumed, the visitors led by as many as 33 points in the third quarter.

They held their biggest advantage at 69-30 with 6:26 to go in the fourth.

The rest of the contest was an exercise in damage limitation for TEO, who were led by Quanitra Hollingsworth's 12 points and 10 rebounds.

TEO ended up with 30 turnovers.

"We made many mistakes at the beginning, but after that we played good as a team in defense and in offense. This helped us to win first half by a good margin. In the second half we tried to keep the same intensity."

"We started the game badly and we played like that for 35 minutes. The only good thing is that we managed to finish this match with some dignity. I can't remember such a bad game played by my team. We still don't play like a team and this is something that we will have to work on it"
