Bonn Ends SAOS Hyeres Unbeaten Run

COACH QUOTES

Quotes Telekom Baskets vs. SAOS Hyeres

Michael Koch (coach Telecom Baskets Bonn):

"I am very satisfied because we were the better team today. Unfortunately the game was open for too long so we could not change the team too often. It was a very important game for us, although we've played eight games the last four weeks. To held our [qualification] chances we now have to win in Cyprus."

Winsome Frazier (Telecom Baskets Bonn):

"It was a good game. We were well prepared and played hard. We made a good comeback in the second half as Toulon was in the lead. Tonight we improved a lot compared to the last game in Perm. Next week in Nicosia we can make a big step towards qualifying."

Alain Weisz (coach Hyeres Toulon):

"It was a good game. Our problem was that this was the first game without our playmaker Dontaye Draper who left to Oostende last week. For being the first game without him it was not a bad game. Bonn played very smart against our zone defense and the result is normal in my opinion. I expect Ural Great Perm and my team to advance to the next round."

Darrel Tucker (Hyeres Toulon):

"It was a tough game. Bonn is a great team with disciplined players. We came here short handed which is no excuse but it is extra hard when you play on the road. Maybe next team we will have better luck."
