Spartak Moscow Region overtook Fenerbahce at the top of Group D of EuroLeague Women with an 85-41 rout of TEO Vilnius on Thursday.
In a hopelessly lop-sided game, TEO scored first on Rima Valentiene's three-pointer, but then watched Spartak reel off 19 straight points to take complete control before the first quarter was even over.
The score was 24-7 by the time the second quarter got underway, and Spartak just continued to pour it on.
After Crystal Langhorne's free-throw for TEO made it 27-10, Spartak went on an 11-1 run capped by Sylvia Fowles jump shot to make it 38-11 with 6:35 still to go in the first half.

Spartak never let up, and scored the final five points of the game to extend their winning margin to 44.
Diana Taurasi scored 14 points for Spartak and Jackson added 13. All eight of Fowles' points came in the first half - six in that early first quarter run, while the American also added a team-high nine rebounds.
As a team, Spartak shot 31 of 68 (45.6%) from the field.
Langhorne's performance was the sole bright spot for TEO as the New York native collected 17 points and 11 rebounds.
Spartak now sit on the top of the group standings while TEO are 4-3.
