The three-point shooting statistics were probably the most telling in the game.
MKB missed all 10 of their attempts from behind the arc while Lille Metropole were seven of 17 (41.2%).
Jolene Anderson scored all nine of her points from behind the arc, hitting three of six.
One of those was a go-ahead three with 2:16 left in the contest to snap a 53-53 tie.
Brazilian Iziane followed with a three for Lille Metropole before Drljaca nailed a jumper for an eight-point advantage.
Milovanovic's lay-up inside the last minute accounted for the final score.
