MiZo Pecs 2010 led from beginning to end on Thursday and claimed a decisive win over Nadezhda to kill off the Russian team's faint hopes of a play-off spot while keeping alive their own chance of a third-place finish.
Anna Vajda had 15 of her game-high 26 points in the first half when MiZo put the result beyond doubt.
Kelly Mazzante also had 14 points before the break and finished with 21 for the Hungarian giants.
MiZo scored the game's first six points and led 23-17 at the end of the opening quarter.
By half-time, they had a stranglehold on the game with a 54-35 lead and at three-quarter time, the lead was still 19.
Nadezhda, who got 23 points from Betty Lennox, lost their first six games in the EuroLeague Women but gave themselves a slim chance of progressing to the play-offs by upsetting Halcon Avenida and Bourges in their previous two contests.
They will now go into next week's final group game against Besiktas Cola Turka with only pride to play for.
In their final game, MiZo (5-4) take on Bourges (6-3) - a team they beat 62-58 in the first meeting on November 13.
