The Turks stormed back, with Saziye Karsli's three-ball and jumper capping an 11-0 surge to knot the score at 18-18.
Bibrzycka made two free throws and a pair of Magdalena Leciejewska baskets allowed the Poles to take a 24-18 lead by the end of the first quarter and they stayed in front the rest of the way although Turkey kept the game close.
Behind 60-51 at the beginning of the final frame, Turkey got a three from Karsli, a free throw by Yasemin Horasan and a jump shot from Nevin Kristen Nevlin to close the gap to 60-57.
Turkey got no closer.
Agata Gajda made a three and that sparked a 7-0 Polish run to put the home side in command for good.
Poland out-rebounded Turkey 37-27 and made 26 of 46 (56.5%) of their shots inside the arc compared to 41% (16 of 39) for the visitors.
