Big man Miro Bilan posted a double-double of 20 points and 11 rebounds, Ivan Milekovic added 18 and Teo Petani added 14.
Gal Mekel led Israel again with a 20 points, five rebounds and four assists, and Anton Shoutvin helped with 12.
