Dnipro coach Georgiy Stupenchuk:
“It was a tough game. AEL players play very well especially the guards and scored many points something that killed us in the first half. We couldn’t play as I wanted to play, we didn’t run as I wanted to and we lose the game. I wish the best for AEL team at the FIBA EuroCup”.
AEL coach Chalres Barton:
“I’m impressed with my team and my players. They never stop running and pushing through all the game. I was very concerned before the game because I have in mind what happened in Timisoara when the Romanian team won with 10 points in Ukraine and lost to Dnipro at home with 11 points. But my players were focused on the game the play very good in defense and I’m very satisfied from my team performance. My players work very hard every day and I see progress day by day. We have very good players in the team and although that I don’t know the other teams I’m very optimistic in our goal which is to play in the Final Four."
