Center Nicole Ohlde took star billing for US Valenciennes Olympic as they easily won their Group C basement battle against struggling Dexia W Namur in EuroLeague Women.
Ohlde poured in 20 points and grabbed 11 boards as USVO dominated from start to finish to progress to a 3-3 record.
The American had help from Francesca Zara (16 points) while American power forward Cathrine Kraayeveld harvested a game-high 23 points for the Belgian visitors, who remain rooted to the foot of the group on 1-5.
The writing was on the wall early on for Dexia, who slipped behind 24-9 by the end of the first quarter.
USVO then reeled off 11 straight points at the back end of the second period to take a 43-23 lead into half-time.
A couple of Zara free throws with 2:50 left in the third put the hosts 24 points up (57-33), their biggest cushion of the night up until that point.
The Belgians struggled to close the margin and it was a cakewalk from thereon in for the French champions.
They also had 12 points from American guard Laurie Michelle Koehn, while Krystyna Szymanska-Lara (12 points) was the only Dexia player to help out Kraayeveld.
