Lubor Blazek, coach ZVVZ Prague:
"We didn't play as well as we expected. Sibenik is very strong when visiting. It was a nervous game and we made mistakes in situations, where we thought we could break them. It's surprising, that we weren't able to score from fast-breaks or in power play situations. Despite all this I'm glad that we won, but it's pitty we didn't make it to the play-offs."
Stipe Bralic, coach Jolly JBS Sibenik:
"It was a well-earned victory, the stronger team won. Especially since they had the taller players."
Michaela Ferancikova, player ZVVZ Prague:
"We regret that we didn't move ahead to the play-offs, it was one the season's goals. At the end we won three games, but it's not enough for proceeding." |
