Cappie Pondexter was the heroine for Fenerbahce as they edged hosts Valenciennes 82-78 in a EuroLeague Women clash.
The match went into overtime with the scores locked at 69-69 after Pondexter looked to have sealed victory with a free throw seven seconds from full-time.
But Vedrana Grgin-Fonseca's jump shot on the buzzer saw Valenciennes take the game to the extra period.
However, the Turkish side were never down in overtime and victory was effectively sealed four seconds from the end when Pondexter converted one of two free throws.
She poured in 25 points while Linda Frohlich (13) and Megan Moody (12) also posting double digits.
Tammy Sutton-Brown hauled down 10 boards as well as registering nine points.
Grgin-Fonseca posted 22 points in a losing cause for Valenciennes while Sandrine Gruda netted 18 and collected 12 boards.
