Spartak Moscow Region pulled off a 73-62 win over hosts MKB Euroleasing in a Group A EuroLeague Women match on Wednesday.
The platform for the win was built in the second quarter which the Russians took by a huge 32-7 margin after losing the first period 25-13.
It was crucial in the Russian side stretching their dominance of a group in which they now boast a 9/1 record.

MKB hit back by winning the third quarter 18-12 to make it a seven-point game but Spartak took the final period 16-12.
Diana Taurasi had top scoring honours for Spartak with a game-high 20 points.
She was four from five from downtown and two from five from the charity stripe but only converted three from 10 inside the paint.
Tina Thompson poured in 13 points and hauled down nine boards while Svetlana Abrosimova also hit double digits with 10.
Ivana Matovic was top scorer in a losing cause for the Hungarian hosts with 15 points and consoled herself with 11 rebounds, a game-high performance.
Reka Cserny (11), Zsuzsanna Horvath, Olexandra Gorbunova and Albena Branzova (all 10) made significant if futile contributions for MKB who slip to 5/4.
