A spirited performance led by Erwin Dudley helped Turk Telekom edge past Spirou Charleroi in Group K of the EuroCup on Tuesday.

The American center was in fine all-round form scoring a game-high 23 points and dishing out six assists to guide the Turkish team to what turned out to be a comfortable victory.

The win moves Telekom to the top of Group K with a 3-1 record, while the Belgians prop up the group 1-3 after four games.

Corey Lavelle Brewer led the home team to a strong start, scoring 10 points in the first quarter to give them a four-point 27-23 advantage at the Spiroudome.

However, a somewhat subdued second period saw him score just one three-pointer as the visitors narrowed the gap to just six points with a
19-18 advantage.

His counterpart Dudley then came to the fore, getting involved in everything and also weighing in with twelve second-half points as Telekom comfortably claimed the final two quarters 16-14 and 19-14 respectively to ease to victory.

Brewer finished with 20 points for the home team, while Ercument Sunter's team also had 12 points from Tutku Acik and a further 10 from Derrick Alston, who only played 10 minutes.

Telekom's next game is a home tie against second-place Panionios BC Athens on February 13, while Charleroi are away to Lokomotiv Rostov.
