| Vojvodina have yet to lose in the NASA Liga but they can't get on track in Europe and now their hopes of advancing to the next round are slim at best.
Playing before their home crowd, Vojvodina did not collapse after falling behind 30-23 on a pair of Rancik free throws, with Dusan Djordjevic replying immediately from three-point range for the hosts and then Marko Scekic adding two from the stripe.
When Cedomir Vitkovac sank two from the line to trim Nymburk's lead to 49-48, hopes were high in Serbia that Vojvodina might finally get their first win but Nymburk were too good.
Muli Katzurin's men went on a 13-2 run, Antti Nikkilä starting the surge with two free throws and a dunk, and Rancik finishing it off with a slam and a jump shot.
That made it 62-50, and Nymburk had control the rest of the way.
Nymburk shot 60% (27 of 45) inside the arc, and they were an efficient 17 of 22 (77.3%) at the line.
Vojvodina were three of 20 (15%) from long range, compared to three of six (50%) for Nymburk.
Goran Savanovic had 18 points and nine rebounds for Nymburk. |
