A second-period three-point blitz from German Gabriel helped in-form Akasvayu Girona trounce BC Siauliai 92-71 and continue their 100% record in Group D.
In a match that was re-arranged for Monday after being postponed due to adverse weather conditions in Vilnius last month, Akasvayu broke open a tight contest in the second quarter to inflict a fourth defeat in five EuroCup matches on Siauliai.

Despite their contrasting form in the tournament to date, there was little to separate the two sides in the first period, which Lithuanian hosts Siauliai edged 26-23 after trailing 9-3 early on.
But Akasvayu, who have already qualified for the next stage, flexed their muscles in the second quarter, with Venezuelan-born Spain international Gabriel virtually unstoppable.
He poured in four three-pointers in the period - including three in just over two minutes at one stage - as Akasvayu won the quarter 36-16 to take a 59-42 half-time lead.
Fortunately for Siauliai, Akasvayu coach Svetislav Pesic decided to give Gabriel a rest at the start of the third period, but even without the red-hot center for much of the quarter, the Spanish side still dominated to extend their lead to 78-58.
Siauliai threatened a brief fightback late on when they reduced Akasvayu's advantage to 15 points at 84-69, but the visitors quelled the uprising by scoring eight of the final 10 points, including yet another three-pointer from Gabriel.
Gabriel finished with a match-high 21 points - 16 of which came in the first half - while he also pulled down five rebounds.
Lithuanian Dainius Salenga added 14 points, three rebounds and two assists for Akasvayu, while Arturas Masiulis paced Siauliai with 19 points and six rebounds before fouling out.
Both teams are back in EuroCup action on Wednesday, with Akasvayu looking to make it six wins out of six when they go to BCM Gravelines, and Siauliai hosting Maccabi Rishon Le Zion.
