Croatia posted a third straight lopsided victory in their EuroBasket qualifying campaign by downing Estonia 76-47.
A strong defense effort and balanced scoring were the ingredients to Croatia’s third victory of more than 20 points.

Estonia continued to have their problems scoring as they posted a meager 10 points for the second consecutive quarter.

Tiit Sokk’s men would not fare much better in the third as they once again endured a long scoring drought.
Estonia didn’t score on a field goal over a four minute stretch and Croatia continued to build on their double-digit advantage.
For the game, Estonia shot a shade below 30 percent.
Zoran Planinic’s lay-up towards the end of the third allowed Croatia to go up 21 and they would increase their to as many as 31 when Planinic made a three late in the fourth.
Croatia had four players in double digits, led by Marko Popovic’s 16 points.
Popovic and Co. will look to make it four wins in a row when they play at Latvia on Saturday, while Estonia travel to Denmark.
