Previously undefeated Poland were humbled by Todor Stoykov and Bulgaria, 99-65.
The Polish had surprised many by winning their first four games of the EuroBasket Qualifying Round, but Bulgaria saw it too early and convincingly that the streak would end.

He hit a pair of threes and jumper as Bulgaria jumped out to a 17-2 lead to start the game.
The Bulgarians increased their lead to 15 build after one quarter, 23-8, as Poland shot just 2-of-17 overall from the field in the opening stanza.
Poland rebounded with a strong second quarter and were able to go into halftime trailing by just four, 36-32.
But things unraveled for the Polish in the third quarter.
Stoykov and Co. went on a 20-5 run over a five-minute stretch towards the end of the third to increase their lead from 42-38 to 62-43.
It would get no better in the fourth for Poland as Bulgaria maintained their 20 point-plus advantage throughout.
Stoykov’s three-pointer with 51 seconds to go gave Rossen Barchovski’s men built a 31-point lead as Bulgaria would go on to earn revenge from an earlier 75-68 loss to Poland.
Filip Videnov also had a solid performance for Bulgaria with 26 points and six rebounds, while Jeff Nordgaard led Poland in scoring with 25.
Poland’s final game in the qualifying round is on Saturday against the Ukraine, while Bulgaria wrap up with Sweden.
